July Schedule in Hurst

Workshops are available Monday nights (July 1,8,15, 22), and Saturdays (July 6,13,20,27).  Read on for more info.

Monday Nights

Boa Bonanza (7:30 pm – 8:30 pm) – This workshop is an intermediate/advanced level workshop.  Students must have teacher approval to attend this workshop.  The students who attend this workshop will have the option to continue into rehearsals next month, and perform in the Velvet Kittens of Le Cabaret Burlesque Variety Show in August.

Fedora Fever (8:30 pm – 9:30 pm) – This is a beginniner/intermediate BBS workshop.  This workshop incorporates the fedora in learning a choreographed dance number in a four week session.  Fedora Fever is a favorite among BBS students, and a great introduction into BBS.

Saturdays

Sugar Baby Boogie (11:30 am – 12:30 pm) – NEW WORKSHOP – Get down and dirty big band style in this BBS workshop that is le jazz hot! The students who attend this workshop will get the opportunity to continue into rehearsal workshop next month and perform in the Velvet Kittens of Le Cabaret Burlesque Variety Show in August.

BBS Performance Student Rehearsal (12:30 pm – 1:00pm) – This workshop is for BBS performance students to review choreography in preparation for August show. 

All Hurst workshops are at Laura’s Dance Dynamics (1113 W. Pipeline Rd, #103, 76053).
